Frequently asked questions
The company I’m looking for isn’t listed. Does that mean my policy isn’t with Royal London?

My policy was from a number of years ago – will you still have my details?
Absolutely. If the company your policy was with is listed on this page, we can trace it.
All you need to do is give us a call on the number shown, and our experts will be happy to help.
What details will I need when I call?
If you have any paperwork from the company your policy was with, it should hopefully mention a policy, plan or scheme number. That would be a great starting point.
If you don’t have anything like that, don’t panic. We’ll be able to search for your policy using more general details like your name, address and date of birth.
My partner/relative passed away and I’ve found a statement in their name. Can I still call you?
Of course you can. All you need to do is give us the policy number or plan reference on the statement when you call.
