Royal London appoints Bríd Meaney as Chief Customer Officer
Royal London has appointed Bríd Meaney as Chief Customer Officer and a member of its Group Executive Committee.
Bríd will join the business next year, succeeding Bernie Hickman, who has been leading the function on an interim basis.
Bríd brings more than 25 years' experience in life insurance. She has held a number of senior leadership roles, most recently as Chief Risk Officer at Standard Life and previously as Chief Executive Officer of its Heritage Division. Before that, she spent more than ten years as a partner at KPMG, working with insurance businesses in the UK and internationally, and served as Head of Insurance for KPMG in the UK. Bríd is also a qualified actuary.
