Reconnect with a policy

At Royal London we do everything we can to look after our customers' interests. This includes regularly reviewing our policy records. By reviewing these records, we occasionally find that we owe our customers money.

If we do owe you money, we'll get in touch with you to help you reconnect with your policy.

If you receive a letter

You'll receive a letter with a form enclosed from our Rectifications team if we owe you money. We'll ask you for some personal information so that we can be sure that we've found the right person.

We'll only use this information to verify your identity. You'll need to complete the form and send it back to us.

We know that some of these policies may be old or were in another family member’s name, so you might not have all of the information to hand. Fill in the form with as much detail as you can and we'll help you reconnect with your policy.
