Update life insurance policy details

New addresses, new babies, new names and new bank accounts - there's plenty that can change while your insurance plan is in place.

If you need to update your personal details, you can do so by contacting our customer support team using the form on this page. One of our customer service team will then contact you to complete the process and update your details for you.

5. Keeping you safe from theft and identity fraud

In order to protect our customers we may have to verify your identity or the identity of certain individuals connected to a policy. At Royal London we do this electronically to make things easier for you.
