The Royal London Guidance Service
We offer a financial guidance service to our customers at no extra cost.
This is an information service to alert you to support that may be useful in the event of a change in circumstances. We don’t provide advice or tell you what to.
Our guidance can help if your circumstances change; such as if you lose your job, separate from a partner or are recently bereaved. We can tell you more about budgeting, tax, managing debt, state benefits and making the most of any other income you have.
Who is this service for?
Our financial guidance service is for our customers who may be struggling due to a change of circumstance and may not be aware of the help that could be available.
We can’t give you financial advice or make recommendations about what you should do but we can offer guidance to help you make decisions yourself.
What do I need to do?
To speak to one of our guiders and set up an appointment just give us a call. One of our guiders will get in touch before the end of the next working day to make an appointment. The guidance call will last around 20 - 30 minutes.
