Our financial guidance service
We offer a financial guidance service to our pension customers at no extra cost. It’s designed for our customers who don’t have a financial adviser. The guidance service provides information and guidance on a wide range of issues to help you make the most of your pension savings. We can also point you in the right direction if you need more support.
Our guidance can help if your circumstances change; such as if you lose your job, separate from a partner or are recently bereaved. We can tell you more about budgeting, tax, managing debt, state benefits and making the most of any other income you have.
Who is this service for?
Our financial guidance service is for pension customers who are near to or at retirement and who don't have a financial adviser.
We can’t give you financial advice or make recommendations about what you should do but we can offer guidance to help you make decisions yourself.
What do I need to do?
To speak to one of our guiders and set up an appointment, you can contact us by phone or by using our online form. One of our guiders will get in touch before the end of the next working day to make an appointment. The guidance call will last around 20 - 30 minutes.
