Uploading Documents

How to upload documents

You can upload your documents in any of the following formats:

  • PDF
  • PNG
  • JPEG/JPG

To make this easier, you can upload scanned images or pictures of the documents you have taken using your mobile phone.

How to take a photo of your ID/ Documentation

  • make sure you've not covered any part of the page
  • all 4 edges are in your photo
  • you can clearly see all the text and it’s in focus
  • there's no shine from a light or window
  • we don't accept screen shots from your phone
  • if providing your passport, the book should open showing 2 pages and you can clearly see your face and all the text is in focus.

Simply click on the 'Choose a file' button and select the picture you would like to upload. You can select multiple pictures if required.

There are a few extra upload boxes provided in case you need them.

All uploaded documents must have a combined files size of less than 28MB.

If we have asked to see identification, we accept a passport, full driving license, national ID cards as well as other forms of identification.
