Right now only certain plans qualify for online service but we're working on improving that. Our new online service for insurance customers is available now for Royal London Personal Menu or Whole of Life insurance plans.

Please note, this service does not include Term Life Insurance or Over 50s Life Insurance products bought direct from Royal London.
