Using the online service
Our online insurance service is currently only available for Personal Menu and Whole of Life customers. If you have one of these qualifying Personal Menu or Whole of Life plans and if Royal London holds up-to-date email and mobile phone contact details for you, you might have already received a registration email from us.
In case you can’t find this email, visit the system log in page then click on the link and we’ll resend you your registration email.
If you have one of these plans but haven’t received an email it might be because we don’t have an email address for you. To update your details please call the customer service team on 0345 6094 500.

Who can currently use the online insurance service?
Our online insurance service is a new service so it is currently only available for Personal Menu and Whole of Life customers but we are working to expand on this.

If you think you have already received an email from us but can't find it, please visit the system log in page then click on the link and we’ll resend you your registration email.
If you don’t have an up-to-date email or mobile registered with us you can change that by updating your details with our helpful customer service team please call 0345 6094 500.
Why do you need my email AND mobile number?
We use these details to ensure your security for when you log in to our system. It not only makes it easier but also more secure, so we know it’s you and only you trying to access your account.
Why can’t I use the same email address to log in to different accounts or profiles?
It’s important we have a unique email address for you as we use your email address as a way to authenticate your identity and verify your account. This is why we can only allow one registration per email address at this time.
What do I do if I’ve forgotten my password?
If you can't remember your password simply go to the log in page and select 'Forgotten password?', all you need to do is enter your email address and if you're registered you'll receive an email to reset your password to the email address we hold for you.
I can’t see my plan/cover why is that?
A number of plans and covers won't appear on the portal just yet. These include Business Protection, Relevant life, Diabetes, Lifestyle and Lifestyle Plus cover. If you have a plan or cover that falls into one of these categories then it won't be available to view on our portal yet.
We're working towards including these on the portal in the near future. Please note that Over 50s or Term Life insurance policies bought direct from Royal London are not yet part of this online service.
