Can I use Helping Hand in addition to the guidance provided by NHS and 111 services?
If you have any concerns about Coronavirus or are displaying symptoms you should contact the NHS 111 service.
Helping Hand is there to support you if you experience serious illness (e.g. cancer), injury or bereavement. If you’d like to use Helping Hand just call us on 0345 6094 500.
Our Helping Hand service also gives you and your family (partner and children) access to independent medical, legal and career helplines. If you’d like to use any of our helplines, just call 0345 6012 598.
