Sarah Pennells focuses on producing content and resources to help customers in areas such as budgeting and debt, as well as dealing with life shocks, including illness and bereavement. Before Sarah joined Royal London in 2020, she created and ran a money website for women called SavvyWoman and worked as a personal finance journalist, including for BBC Breakfast and Radio 4’s Moneybox.
