Our family has grown a fair bit since 1861, and as a result, today we have one Royal London Group that is made up of five specialist areas:

Royal London has a history of protecting its customers and their families in Ireland for over 180 years.
Before our name was Royal London, we traded as Caledonian Life. We became part of Royal London Group following the acquisition of Royal Liver in July 2011. In December 2014, we rebranded to the Royal London name and look. We’re dedicated to selling market-leading protection policies. Our products are only available from authorised Financial Brokers, who offer impartial financial advice to best meet customer needs.

With around £127.8 billion (31 March 2020) of assets under management, Royal London Asset Management is one of the UK's leading fund management companies. We have a proven track record of delivering high quality investment management services and are committed to supporting our clients, which include company pension schemes, charities and local authorities as well as private client stockbrokers, wealth managers and discretionary fund managers.
We pride ourselves on the quality of the investment options we offer. Our size and scale mean we can give clients access to investment solutions from all major asset classes.

Our newest division was set up in 2014 and sells a range of products directly to consumers. As a mutual, our focus is on improving outcomes for customers by offering fairer products that offer better value for money directly through digital, telephone and mail channels.
