Activation email

Your activation email connects you with your Royal London products. You’ll receive an activation email when:

• you’ve taken out an eligible Royal London product and given us your email
  address
• registered to use our online services.

I haven’t received an activation email

If you don’t have an activation email, check your junk mail. The email will have the subject line 'Activate your My Royal London account’.

Check that online services are available for your Royal London product. You can find a list of products that cannot be managed online on this page.

If your activation email has expired, you can request a new email.

We may not have your email address on file. If you haven’t given us your email address, you can register for online services to get an activation email.

Difficulties logging in

If you are struggling to log in to your account, you should first check that you are registered to use online services.

Check that you are using the right password. You can change your password by selecting ‘Forgot password?’ at the login screen.

If you enter the wrong password or code from your mobile phone too many times, your account may be locked.

Which products are not covered

You can use My Royal London to manage insurance policies, pension plans and the Royal London Stocks and Shares ISA. Not all of our products are currently supported.
