You and your immediate family can get confidential counselling online or by phone with Health Assured. You'll be able to speak to an experienced counsellor who can support you with a wide range of issues, from mental health to consumer rights.

A second medical opinion
If you or a family member have been diagnosed with an illness, you can use RedArc’s confidential service to get a second medical opinion. You'll be able to discuss your medical history, diagnosis and current treatment plan with a dedicated nurse.

If you took out a Business Protection or Relevant Life policy with Aegon, you can use the key person replacement service from FPSG Specialist Recruitment. They'll help you recruit the right replacement and give you tailored support if an owner or key person can't work due to illness.

Funerals can be expensive, and losing a loved one can lead to financial difficulties. Our funeral payment pledge service helps cover funeral costs. We'll pay the funeral director or funeral home an advanced payment of up to £10,000 on a valid life protection claim.
