Who can use online services
Customers holding the following products can use our online services.
Pensions and investments
Including pensions and investments taken out with Royal London, and those originally taken out with:
- Scottish Life
- National and Provincial Policy
- Refuge Assurance
- Friends Provident
- Royal Liver
- United Friendly
Insurance policies
Including Personal Menu or Whole of Life insurance policies taken out with Royal London.
Royal London Stocks and Shares ISA
Including ISAs taken out with Royal London since 2025.
Before you register
Check if you have already received an activation email from us. Follow the link in the email to get started.
You can still sign up if you do not have an activation email. We ll ask some questions about you and your products. Make sure you have your policy or plan number to hand.
Register for our online services
These online services are for customers of products taken out in the UK only. If you have a Royal London product taken out in Ireland, use our Irish site.
Activation email expired?
If the activation email we sent you as part of registration has expired, you can request a new one.

These products are not available through online services. You can still manage them by contacting us.
