Sarah Pennells

Sarah’s role as Consumer Finance Specialist involves talking to the media on issues such as the cost of living, financial resilience, savings, ISAs, the State Pension, debt and budgeting. Sarah also leads on consumer research on a range of personal finance topics.

Before joining Royal London, Sarah was an award-winning personal finance journalist, broadcaster and author and the creator of SavvyWoman, a money website for women.

Outside of work, Sarah enjoys walking her dog, cooking and flamenco dancing.
