Ben Hampton is a qualified Actuary and experienced financial services leader with over 15 years’ expertise in the pensions, wealth management and advice markets.
Ben is CEO of Royal London’s Equity Release Advice business as well as CEO of Wealth Wizards - the award winning financial advice business which is part of the Royal London Group. Ben’s leadership of these business is focused on driving innovation to transform how more people access financial planning and advice. With a passion for delivering great client outcomes, he leads the teams responsible for making financial help accessible and affordable for everyone.
Ben is also a member of the FCA and Treasury Industry Working Group on the Advice Guidance Boundary Review, helping shape how the new Targeted Support regime can improve outcomes for consumers.
When he’s not championing innovation in financial advice, Ben enjoys quality time with his young family and is often planning - or eagerly counting down to - his next ski adventure.
