Solvency and Financial Condition Report

Solvency II regulatory reporting was implemented from 1 January 2016 and all UK and European insurers (including Royal London) are formally required to report on this basis. Publishing a Solvency and Financial Condition Report (SFCR) is a regulatory requirement.

In addition to fulfilling our regulatory requirements, we also believe that the information in this SFCR will be of interest to Royal London’s members and stakeholders.  The SFCR provides insight on our solvency position based on Solvency II regulations and provides more information about our robust capital position, the governance processes we have in place to mitigate risks and our effective capital management strategies.
