Bright Grey has rebranded to Royal London
A new name
Bright Grey has been part of the Royal London Group since 2003. While the Royal London name may not ring any immediate bells, we're actually the UK's largest customer-owned life, pensions and investment company.
Since May 2014, we've been gradually uniting all the companies within our group under the name of Royal London.
Becoming a single brand makes sense. We'll be able to put all our energy and focus behind one Royal London brand. This will help us become much better known and do a lot of things more efficiently.
Because of this, we can invest more resources into our customer service, systems and support - which can only be good for our customers. And, as a mutual, that's what we're all about.
A new look
We're a different kind of financial services company, built and owned by our customers. That helps us stand out from the crowd. And we believe our difference is our strength.
Our new look celebrates this - it's quirky and individual, it's respectful of the past and good old-fashioned British values. Values like fair play, decency and trust that are as relevant today as they've ever been.
As well as using the Royal London name, we've also adopted the Royal London pelican logo (known as Gilbert to his friends).
Even better protection
While Bright Grey's name and look has changed, our vision for our protection business remains the same. We're committed to providing cover that matters and a great customer experience.
You can be confident that with our proven track record of paying claims quickly and efficiently, we won't let you down at a time when you need it most.
But we're not stopping there. We're going to keep building on the good stuff as we move through our rebrand and beyond.
