What details will I need when I call?
If you have any paperwork from the company your policy was with, it should hopefully mention a policy, plan or scheme number. That would be a great starting point.
If you don’t have anything like that, don’t panic. We’ll be able to search for your policy using more general details like your name, address and date of birth.

My partner/relative passed away and I’ve found a statement in their name. Can I still call you?
Of course you can. All you need to do is give us the policy number or plan reference on the statement when you call.
We’ll then send you a pack telling you everything you need to do.
