Women in Finance Charter
We’re delighted to be a signatory on the HM Treasury Women in Finance Charter. The Charter commits firms to supporting the progression of women into senior roles in the financial services sector and requires them to publicly report on progress to deliver against agreed targets, ensuring open and transparent updates.
By signing up to the Charter, Royal London has pledged to do the following:
- Set ourselves a target of increasing our female management population at RL1 (or equivalent) from 33% to 40% by the end of 2020.
- Publish annual reports, which outline the progress we’re making towards meeting this target.
